This was my first time in Miami, no where did I see listed that there is no parking for this condo!!! You pay at meters along the street over $40 a day if you don’t move the car which I don’t recommend we left our spot and came back after going to the Everglades and drove around for an hour and a half to find a spot! So not only was I not prepared from the listing that there was no parking when we called the host the lady who answered was rude. Further more the check in instructions were super unclear and we have no idea you have to scan this thin plastic fob to get in the front door(no signs or instructions on the building to help). Once we got in the hallways in the building smelled awful the condo didn’t smell but they had a bunch of plug in scents. No washer, dryer, or microwave and last but not least I messaged the host about an early check in before we arrived to the condo and got no response from them.

Was a pretty good place to stay! Only had a few issues: You have to lock the door from the inside and then shut it, it won’t lock if you don’t. We had issues with the water draining in the shower but the building is older so may be b/c of that. I did notice the mattress of the pull out couch was a lil gross looking so didn’t end up using it. Also no hand soap. Positive: There’s a little barber shop on the main floor that has some snacks and what not which was great! So close and easy to get to the beach! There is a lot to do in the area of course so you will not be bored. Didn’t have any noise issues.

Quick weekend getaway since I work for an airline. 3 steps before you get to your door after 2 keys later. You have to carry around physical keys with you. Let us check out late simply because I asked as well. Location and place ito stay is simply for the bed. No views and smells musty. Bed was comfortable

To begin with, the key or lock is no good, the 2 times I got in it was thanks to someone leaving. Corridors stinking of mold, in the apartment a little less so, but my wife and I had to go out and buy allergy medicine to take. Impossible to stay there. Dirty floor, full of sand and greasy, I took off my sneakers, within minutes my foot was filthy. Cockroach in the room and cockroaches in the bathroom. Shampoo, liquid bath soap and sink detergent, diluted with water to render. I slept for 1 day because I had nowhere to go, morning came, I left. Absurd. I felt aggrieved for having to pay 2 nights. 9 am left, my wife had a bad allergy day

We were very happy with this unit for a long weekend in January. The location was ideal - far enough to avoid the party noise on Ocean Drive, but just a 90-second walk away from the beach and/or the festivities. Spotless cleaning and a well-equipped kitchen made this unit perfect for us.
