The place has a nice view, it is very quiet, no noise is heard. The only thing they should improve is in communication when I arrived at the place I had to wait a long time because security did not have the reservation.

Positive: Vor allem die Aussicht von der Dachterasse. Zimmerausstattungen sehr gut. Negative: Viele technische defekte bei der Ankunft. Die Klimaanlagen in beiden Schlafräumen und im Wohnzimmer funktionierten bei der Ankunft nicht. Knapp 30° in den Räumen, an Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Der Kochherd und der Ventilator im Wohnzimmer waren ebenfalls defekt. Die Reparatur fand erst am folgenden Tag nachmittags statt. So sind uns fast 2 Urlaubstage verloren gegangen. Wir haben aufgrund der zahlreichen Mängel um eine Teilerstattung des Mietpreises gebeten. Bislang keine Antwort von der Vermietungsgesellschaft erhalten.

The location is nice. It has a nice pool and common area. There is no beach and it is not possible to enter the ocean from this location. The apartment is well equipped. The rooftop is a beautiful spot to relax in. It is however lacking disposable amenities such as toiletries, paper towels, dishwasher soap etc. This is not indicated in the description and there was minimal communication with the host prior to our arrival even when we asked what is provided in order for us to come equipped. There were also no recommendations provided for local activities. These small touches would have made the difference between a good and a great stay.
